Drive Belt Replacement in OPPs

 

Tools required:

Phillips screwdriver

13mm socket wrench

5.5 or 6mm T-wrench

 

  1. Turn off power to the treadmill and unplug cord from the wall outlet.
  2. Remove motor cover.
  3. Using 13mm and T-wrench, remove bolt and nut from right side (as you are standing on the machine) of front roller.
  4. Remove screw on the left, located behind the speed sensor on the frame of the machine.
  5. Slide front roller out on the left hand side. 
  6. Remove old drive belt.
  7. Install new drive belt.
  8. Assure drive belt is parallel to the frame of the treadmill and that it is in the center of the roller wheel pulley.
  9. Replace bolt on right side of roller.  Continue turning bolt until the roller is centered.  Once it is, replace nut.
  10. Replace screw on left side of roller.
  11. Replace motor cover.
